Refunds & Cancellations

  • Since our products are handcrafted and made with care, we currently do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Once approved, refunds will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method.
